Couldn't resist.It's based on my natural feeling that I'd rather stare at a can of spam for an hour than I would listen to two seconds of Sam's Obvious lies. & it goes to the tune of Postman Pat.
The Plastic bit refers to her being so fake and is not about Plastic Surgery.
