1. Kiss a girl (say it 'could be love') - check
2. Say you're being victimised (no evidence necessary, you're a BB legend) - check
3. Cry and have a rant in the diary room - check
4. Start an argument with your chosen 'bully' - check (shoe throwing is optional but it will attract extra airtime points)
5. Start more arguments, building up to reach a crucial 'breaking point' - check
6. Reach that breaking point then make a drastic, memorable BB escape - check
