I wouldn't give them fees but maybe the winner of the series could replace Rylan on BOTS

I'd like it to run for eight weeks and to replace BB17 - a lot longer than a celebrity series, but shorter than most civilian series, so we have enough time for some actual drama/relationships to play out organically and have some longevity.

With 8 weeks I'd probably have 14 housemates, 5 in the final (not ideal but unavoidable if I want that many housemates). That would mean:

Week One - no eviction
Week Two - 14 become 13
Week Three - 13 become 11 (double eviction)
Week Four - 11 become 10
Week Five - 10 become 8 (double eviction)
Week Six - 8 become 7
Week Seven - 7 become 6 (and if it gets too boring during this week, maybe throw in a couple of hotel guests just as a one-off that don't have any power / nominations say)
Week Eight - final 6, with one eviction as a result of the Vote To Win

I think I'd probably keep it as Vote to Evict really... with the exception of the final week with vote to win obviously. Perhaps have one week mid-series where everyone's up and it's Vote to Save, just to keep Jack_ happy

As for casting... I wouldn't want to reuse any of the housemates who've been in UBB, or guested in this series, but at the same time it's pointless wishing for housemates who'd want nothing to do with the show any more (like Deana).
I think I'd approach:

Imogen & Richard - BB7

Rex - BB9 (again, not a fan, but I guess a lot of people are)
Freddie - BB10 (ditto)
Ben & Corin - BB11
Anton - BB12 (idk I needed another male)
Lauren - BB13
Toya - BB15 (not a fan but this cast list was looking very white sorry)

And then have Chris [BB15], Eileen and Caroline [BB13] on standby in case of walkers.

In terms of nominations obviously most would say "just keep them normal" (ie. they're done in the diary room, and are never shown except maybe once as a special reward or something

) for the entire series but idk, maybe a Head of House week or two wouldn't hurt... perhaps on launch, throw all fourteen of them in and as part of a classic "allstars" twist thing, have the 'Unlucky 13' be HOH
