They've used an effect called Soft Split which takes two videos and each half of the seperate videos. Question is? Why would they do this?

Im guessing that Nicky's rant went on longer then we saw and Gerry walked to the door and stayed for a while which would have lengthened the scene. Moving Gerry through the glass they could then switch to where he was with Carole.
So much of what we see is cut (like Liam touching a tree exactly when someone nominating,Gerry I think, is saying he does nothing but talks about trees), its just funny to see when its so blatently fiddled with. That is if the youtube film is authentic.
