If you look at the character of these women they are both very strong fiesty and stand up for what they believe in. I think the argument was totally blown out of proportion because they are stuck together and Carole wants to be in charge of her domain and so doe Nicky.
It was a clash of the titans and inevitable that this was going to happen at some point and that point happened to be when both women were exhausted from the task.
I'm not taking sides. Nicky has some real daemons inside and she needs to deal with them or she will allow herself to be eaten up and never find true happiness - I'm not saying with a man, I'm talking about herself! As for Carole, she needs to stop mothering the gang because she's smothering the HMs and she'll end up being hated and she's although she's a sulky madam, she's not a bad person.
Glad they sorted it out and good to see Charley's friendly side come out but only after she had a pee!!!
