I think they will, but with the amount of ex housemates they put in this series, they shouldn't do it for a while yet.
Reason being is that, if next year it was an all star series and Nikki went in, or even Helen, people would ink it is just an overkill.
They should attempt it in about 5 years, and even then, it might be a stupid idea. that's my opinion
