I think they'll probably just treat it as if the twins had an opportunity to get 5 weeks of immunity for one of them, but they had to stay undiscovered. Since they were just found out this week they enter at the next eviction instead of 3 evictions from now.
If not they'll probably just let the housemates decide if they want to keep the twins around or evict them through the HoH/BoB/PoV (that looks ridiculous) process, knowing eventually the other will enter the game like in BB5. I don't see them just getting rid of them though. Julie would have made that clear, I think.
