He is a Conservative Councillor in Cardiff and I understand secretary of the Conservative branch party there too.
He has hopes of becoming an MP or a member of the Welsh assembly which I feel pretty sure he will be successful at too.
Being fair to him, he has done a fair bit already in his only 19 years of life as to achievements.
Things like that don't just fall into your lap, you need dedication.
