How can you even say "They will never approve of her" when you don't even know what they're like ?
I've had girlfriends that my family didn't initially like but it didn't change my view of them and in most cases my family got on with them very well once they got to know them!
How can they even decide whether they like her or not when they haven't even met her ? If they're the sort of people that are worth even knowing then they will get to know her properly before judging her and if they aren't well then they're not worth worrying about!
