These proposals are as ever from this govt, badly thought out and have flaws.

I don't agree with using agency staff to minimise the effect of strikes,I also think it a disgrace to suggest no more than 6 people may be allowed to be on the picket line.

Actually,before the Conservative party starts dictating who the Unions can give their funding too as well, they should also set out to bring democracy to big business and remove the automatic right of big business to contribute to the Conservative party, without first consulting their staff.

The rule of 50% having to vote in a ballot is fine but it is a bit rich of this particular Govt to dictate how many should vote for this or that, when this govt sits in power with only 36.8% of the votes cast in a full general election and less than 25% support of all those who are eligible to vote.

This is an act of pure spite from the Conservative party towards the Unions and it is wrong overall in my opinion.
I'd send them back to the drawing board.
