Usually about 3 seconds before I have to leave. I don't like sandwiches that have sat for too long... If they have salad on they go soggy so I never do it the night before. Probably 2 out of the 4 days I work I don't have time to make them so buy something then moan about the cost of a sandwich that I've bought
