Sarah didn't all out blame Joel for anything happening, she said the way he refused to say stop and the dressing up COULD be perceived as encouragement. She said that it would never happen to her, which is implying that being sexually assaulted is something you can control, and she literally told him that he encouraged it. Regardless of Joel forcing her to say her opinion or whatever, it's the ****tiest opinion to hold.
