If the person in charge of casting for BB UK made themselves known on social media they'd get slaughtered (and rightly so!!!!). 
It just amazes me that they pluck contestants from Tinder in the US too!!! Surely there's thousands of people who actually send in applications to be on BB ? Like proper actual fans of the show who'd love to go on the show and know enough about the show to make themselves far better houseguest material than a couple of randoms off Tinder who just wanted a **** and had no real desire to be on BB until they were approached ?

A lot of good players have been recruits and a lot of super fans have sucked at the game. Being a superfan doesn't necessarily mean you are, going to be good at the game and 2 that you will make good tv. So they will always go out and look for people who they think will be good on the show, and they should never stop doing this.
