The only reason why he was considered 'suspicious' was because he was black. If it was a white person driving an illegal car they wouldn't have been shot for reaching for the ignition and that's the truth of the matter.
You're just looking for excuses to absolve the racist murderer of his guilt by blaming the victim. If a police officer is that trigger happy then he shouldn't be on the job in the first place.
