She clearly did not say that in a malicious way so therefore she is not a racist person. Yeah, so it shocked some people, it's bound to shock people but in that context - it doesn't class her as a racist, IMO.
I've said that word sometimes in context like that (TO WHITE PEOPLE) and i am definatly not racist. You hear it so many times on the tele, in songs etc which doesn't make it ''so shocking''.
So no, not ''end of''.
