Just been having a look,

'Share & Care aims to keep its costs as low as possible, and to ensure that its service is a cost-effective option to Homeowners.

For the live-in Sharing service, the Agency charges both the Homeowner and the Sharer a low, monthly fee. They do not pay each other.'

So it's a win win for the agency then, they get all the money for providing...nothing.
In theory this is a lovely idea, it's a shame there isn't a charity that could provide the same service without the costs to both as it's mutually beneficial, the cost of the care could offset the cost of the room?
