It's not so much that, as that there is a lot more to the working class of Victorian English women than merely as victims to the Ripper.

Not saying that the East End was particularly glorious, but maybe the baby farmers should also be reflected, as should the fingersmiths and maybe even the prostitutes.

They weren't all just fodder for Gentleman Jack, but there certainly was a successful underclass operating.
