i disagree, the responsibility is never with the children.
I still get carded occasionally when i buy alcohol and i'm a 33 y/o man. so don't tell me that it's impossible to check ages on girls you sleep with. in fact i think most girls would be flattered by that. if a girl doesn't have ID and acts offended guess what, she's probably underage! i know i'm flattered when i get carded.
