Paris was released after 23 days of a 45 sentence because of good behaviour.
Paris is expected to head home to celebrate in 'a quiet gathering of family and close friends.'
Her next public appearance will come tomorrow night when she is due to speak on CNN's chat show Larry King Live for an hour.
Earlier in a statement Hilton said: 'I am thrilled Larry King has asked me to appear on his program to discuss my experience in jail, what I have learned, how I have grown and anything else he wants to talk about.'
