Default Daniella Westbrook deemed 'unfit' to enter CBB

Quote:
Danniella Westbrook's hopes of heading into the Celebrity Big Brother house and scooping a £200,000 paycheck have been dashed.

It was reported last month that the actress had been offered a place in the Hertfordshire house, but Channel 5 bosses have reportedly said she's not fit to take part.

After meeting with the former drug addict, producers voiced concerns about her “erratic” behaviour, reports The Sun.

A source told the newspaper: “She was invited to meet them and alarm bells started ringing straight away. She was incredibly incoherent.”

Producers reportedly thought the 41-year-old might struggle with the stress of being stuck in the house.

Show bosses are said to have been keen to get her on board because she would have made good TV, as well as it being a massive financial boost after a rocky year.

It comes after her former toyboy lover *pleaded with Celebrity Big Brother *bosses to stop her going in the House – saying the show will “kill her”.

Model Jude Moore, 19, who is less than half Danniella’s age, fears she will use her rumoured £200,000 earnings from the Channel 5 reality show to buy Class A drugs and go on a binge.

Meanwhile, earlier this week it was confirmed the show would be returning on August 27.

The theme of the new series is believed to be UK Vs USA and comedian Bobby Davro and Atomic Kitten's Natasha Hamilton are in final talks to join the line-up.

A source said: "The reason bosses have come up with this idea is because of the impact Perez had on the January series. He was so out there and caused such mayhem that producers want to take it to the next level for the new show .

"They hope that by pitching Brits against Americans they will capitalise on our cultural differences and fireworks will ensue."
