Been thinking (dangerous!)
I reckon the BB producers want to keep Charley in. They have manipulated the Nomination result by selecting the punishment
after they have nominated and Charley would be up for eviction.
In previous years if the loss on the nomination was announced
before they had a chance to state whom they would like - as punishment for discussing nom's.
But..............because Charley was up - panic!!! No Charley - No BB to talk about. Mmmmmmm
Or am I wrong?!!!
