If you are deliberately misleading your spouse as to your fidelity then I'd say that the term 'pervert' was apt as to your intention...
That's the definition of the verb though, not the noun.

I suppose you could argue that a lot of people would find it unacceptable, though certainly not abnormal. But then again I think it's referring to the sexual activity itself there, not the "affair", so... someone having an affair and having sex in the missionary position whilst listening to "Take My Breath Away" would not be a pervert, but someone having an affair, dressing up as a clown, and insisting on popping balloons on a knife held in some's vagina whilst singing the themesong of "Friends" might be considered a pervert.
