No they didn't get a warning, they were probably told there's be "concequences" or something, which is why they decided to shut up because losing their votes again would be critical in the last week.

Basically both Vic and Jay are one warning shy of being kicked. But we all know BB aint gonna kick anyone out unless they absolutely have to. That last warning aint coming unless they do something serious.

Same goes for Michelle. "1st and final warning"? She's had another one since, surely she'd be kicked?

BB also caved in big time when they gave Nadia her smokes, they didn't have to. They just knew she'd rather walk, and they don't want to lose housemates. It's as simple as that.
