A couple of years ago Farrah hired a boyfriend so that she would have a faux relationship to work on a couples therapy show on VH1. Her hired boyfriend decided the money wasn't worth having to live with Farrah and quit right before shooting started. Farrah decided to go on the show anyway to "work on herself". Of course VH1 allowed this because trainwrecks make good TV. I missed the last few episodes, but what struck me the most about her was her complete lack of self-awareness, basic manners, a working vocabulary, or the ability recognise and react to social cues. It was almost sad really. The other cast members tried to interact positively with her at first, but they gave up pretty quickly and realised there was no hope of helping her. And keep in mind that cast was loaded with awful people, yet Farrah outbitched them all.
