The proposal does not make any sense. Uncensored material is not possible. All material has to be censored to conform with the broadcasting code set by Ofcom. So in the UK there is no such thing as uncensored TV material.

Secondly once censored to suit the broadcasting code there is no reason why it cannot be shown on CH4 after the 9pm watershed for bad language and I think 10pm for the more explicit nudity.......Graphic sexual acts would be banned by the Ofcom code. However simple nudity would be permitted.

So there is no need for a Pay per view channel if all they want to do is show stronger material than they are showing now.
