My friend had a panic attack at school when she was by herself and they had to call an ambulance and stuff when they found her cos she hadn't gotten help. She had to have a oxygen mask and stuff and kept telling them which room my lesson was in so they would come and get me - cos she knew I'd slap her out of it (literally, I'm a nice friend really... would've been for her own good).

But then she had a second panic attack cos the paramedics couldn't find me.
