I love how you're holding that against him. So if Janice did really did spit on him, he's the one in the wrong because he didn't make a big deal of it? If he made a scene out of it, he'd be branded an attention seeker, lets be real.
Also, how do you know if he heard other housemates talking about it? Him and Janice were screaming at eachother and you had a few housemates in the background in the garden questioning it. He mentioned it when he gave his side of the story. You can't really make that assumption, TBH.
