Laura, I have suffered with panick attacks for many many years. The only solution, if you have them often, is to seek medical help.

There are various ways of coping and they will be able to assess the situation and find a solution.

They arent nice, I mainly have them when I am in a busy shopping area and I feel myself becomeing very giddy and unable to cope.... and I have had to leave my shopping and get the hell out.

Its a flight or fight machanism but I guess that I have had to cope with them so often and for so long that I have gained a way of coping on my own
