Many people do "fake" siezures it is fairly common in hospitals and there are ways to detect this. Even though I was not there in person, from what I have seen this very much appears to be one of the fake ones. Just saying.

I have epilepsy and I have fits and I've had cuts on my head from where I've fell down and hit my head, yet to me it seemed genuine. Usually I can sense when I'm having one, and when I do I'm recommended to get down on the floor (which I guess is what she could have been doing) but I'm usually too panicked trying to find someone to tell that I forget and collapse.
How do you detect if it's fake? The paramedic said she was fitting, I think he's more qualified to determine if someone is fitting than me.
