If he has known Frank for years as Frank and not yet met Kellie then I shouldn't wonder at him calling her him.
In his own mind he still thinks of her as Frank.
Perhaps they should meet up after the show finishes and get yo now each other all over again.
I can't understand why Kellie would say she isn't a different person, of course she is, she used to be Frank.
