Okay, we now have 10 participant meaning this will definitely happen. IŽll wait for 12 hours and if there are no new participants after that, we will begin picking in the order specified on the OP.
Note if there are more than 10, but less than 20 participants, iŽll draw the left overs to a number and they will share that number.
