Is one-trick pony Charley BB’s ‘chosen one’?
I've never been one for conspiracy theories but the twist in last week’s nominations really has got me thinking Charley is the chosen one.
It appears the producers are determined to keep her in. After all, it was entirely down to them that she avoided the public vote.
Charley and Billi had an argument during which they brought up nominations. They were reprimanded and the nominations they’d given were voided as punishment.
Having already received enough to put her up for eviction, the loss of Billi’s nomination provided a reprieve for Charley.
Dangerous path
Big Brother bosses are treading a dangerous path. OK, we want to be entertained, but Charley is a one-trick pony and all she does is cause conflict.
The house could do without Charley and her trouble-making ways.
By tuning in we are inviting these people into our lives. And would you really want to spend much time with someone who causes that much trouble?
I hate the way she deliberately butters people up. She and Billi (left) got on so badly almost all the way through his time in the house. Then she had the cheek to slime up to him during a little pep talk in which she suggested they would stick together and get either Ziggy or Chanelle out.
Madam
She’s just a little madam.
I don’t find her appealing in the programme, I don’t enjoy watching her and I certainly don’t want her to win the £100,000.
Billi’s eviction on Friday does suggest the voting public will try to rid the house of obvious game players. And I think he is going to have regrets.
The model admitted he wasn’t being himself and that he was there simply to play a game. If you go in to play a game and play it wrong, you’re out and you’ve thrown away a really decent chance in life.
Billi claimed he’d watched every series, was down with the rules and knew how things would pan out. So he should have known that trying to mess with the turn of events doesn’t work.
During Big Brother 4 Jon Tickle was voted back into the house. He announced he was going to stir things up and it just fell flat. It can’t be done.
Love triangle
The love triangle Billi tried to create between him, Chanelle and Ziggy ended up more like the Bermuda Triangle — the whole thing disappeared beneath the waves.
I actually feel sorry for him. He tried to play a game and it failed. He could be dismally disappointed now.
Ziggy is unlikely to be too bothered by Billi’s departure, not that his relationship with Chanelle was ever really threatened by him.
While I like Chanelle she has become little more than Ziggy’s shadow. They should keep in mind that very few Big Brother relationships have come to anything and even fewer have lasted, as we’ve seen with the break-up of Chantelle and Preston’s marriage last week.
During last week’s task they failed to stay awake for 60 hours which resulted in them being given slop to eat.
Food is so important to the housemates that any tampering with it always makes things interesting.
Naive
I’m dreading the day when one of the twins, Sam or Amanda, is up for eviction or voted out.
I might even be forced to vote that week.
I still think they’re a scream — they’re sweet, bubbly, naive and innocent and I don’t want to see them upset.
I also like Tracey. She’s completely on the level and has some pretty insightful opinions. What you see is what you get with her.
But I do suspect she’ll be up for eviction this week. And I’m hoping Charley will be the second person. That would make it an easy vote.
However, that might lead to us seeing more nomination tricks from the producers. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Well, tarra for noo!
