100% true. Farrah's problem is she's super defensive and can't argue, she just throws out vile insults. If she didn't have Jenna in her ear feeding her all that hate and negativity about the housemates, she would have calmed down.
Farrah had absolutely no problems with Bobby or Sherrie until Jenna sent her after them. Instead of helping to calm down Farrah, Jenna just keeps feeding the fire until it explodes, then stands back and let's Farrah take all the heat.
