I generally hate using my card because I like monitoring how much I'm spending as I go by making an ATM transaction and then seeing how much I have left in what amount of time as opposed to waiting for a monthly statement or something. The only time I'll ever use my card is if I'm buying something online or I have forgotten to get money out and can't be bothered to do so. Quite often I'll leave a shop to go outside to the cash point so I don't have to use my card.
