I like Austin and actually it is Janice who gets nearer to harrassing people almost insisting they all have to agree with her and respect her,when she does so little that in any way commands much respect at all.

I love Austin's backchat to Janice,she is really irritating.
She is great to watch but then so is he for much better reasons as to behaviour overall.
