I used to go to a weight watchers and they had it on the table wrapped in clingfilm to represent x-amount of lbs of weight so that when she said.. "you've lost 1 and a half pounds" and you did the "is that all?" face, she would say.. But look how much fat that is... EEK!... it disturbed me!
