It just says 'CBB contestant' not 'CBB winner. It just means they want him on the show win or lose.
This would have had to be decided yesterday at the latest so they couldn't possibly know for certain how the voting will pan out in the end at that stage.
Some people might believe this and think they don't have to vote for him....
