Although whilst I really could never condone someone smoking while kids are in the car I think the under 18 tag is fairly ludicrous up to 16 would be fine, a lot of 17 tear olds can drive themselves,
and in view of the recent emissions debacle and how seriously polluted the atmosphere is the government really need to start fining themselves for not getting their own house in order,this is really a way of collecting revenue rather than a public health issue IMO
