caught on CCTV it is revealed that Danielle, Kathy and Maureen all killed Jøsh together after discovering that he was plotting to murder Mary and so to protect her Kathy murdered him by hitting him over the head with a sex toy.
Danielle and Maureen agreed to hide the body in the ball pit at the mall and help keep the murder underwraps.
