At the early stages of Jade Goody's investigation which has been in the Newspapers could have been exaggerated and perhaps misguided.
Naturally at that stage, those who may consider the article to perhaps be doubtful will naturally point out the possibilities of that actually being the case.
Anyone described as an "Apologist" would certainly look at those past articles and pay attention to what I said above.
Anyway, the mention that at that early stage that the article was definately a (lie), is not really the case.
But that early stage is past now and the story which was mentioned is actually true as it turned out now.
Jade Goody, Jo O'Meara and Danielle Lloyd have all been under a lot of pressure of late and in Jade Goody's situation it has been very bad, as the media won't let it go, neither will her haters, which are fairly commonplace.
Putting CBB5 to one side and concentrating on the offences, we shall look at them one by one.
1) Driving with a provisional licence.....Now, Jade Goody is able to drive and she had not got a full drivers licence when she was caught driving, so as that is illegal, Jade has been prosecuted on that.
2) Driving with no Insurance.....Now, Jade Goody is very rich and if she had an accident, she could well afford to pay for any damage, if she had crashed. But, it is illegal, Jade has been prosecuted on that.
3) Other offenses, Jade Goody has been prosecuted on that.
Jade has now got to pay out a small some of £1,500 which is not a lot for Jade to worry about and also, she is banned from driving for 6 months, which will fly by.
I am sure Jade Goody will learn from this and afterwards, she will be back on the road with everything totally legal
I would sum up her situation as "Silly", "Disappointing", "Lesson learnt now"
