Wednesday’s “Hotel” launch drew a 2.99 adults 18-49 rating with 5.807 million viewers. Both numbers narrowly trail those of the “Freak Show” premiere, which drew a 3.11 adults 18-49 rating with 6.127 million viewers.
The “AHS: Hotel” premiere did, however, markedly outperform the “AHS: Freak Show” finale. That episode drew a 1.6 adults 18-49 rating with 3.27 million viewers on January 21, 2015.

Really good numbers considering how bad freak show was
plus with all streaming mediums now, it wouldn't surprise me if the premiere broke all other AHS records
