Yeah the guy was purposely being super irritating and even filmed and uploaded the incident to the internet, he clearly wanted a reaction.
It sort of reminds me of the people on youtube who break the law then when the police come they whip out their camera and start demanding the specific law they broke along with the precise dictionary definition of it.
So annoying, the guy didn't have the right ticket and wouldn't pay for a new one yet refused to let up, sometimes people say things they don't mean when others are behaving like that.
