...yeah, it can't really be re-enforced enough, the importance of self checking and talking to your GP if you feel worried and I'm glad he's highlighting it again...maybe eventually (some) big grown up assed guys will stop with the ...wow, boobies rubbish and see it just as the health awareness thing that it is...
