These companies have a duty to ensure customers details and privacy are fully secured at all times, it's a scary thought that an actual internet service provider that has millions of service users doesn't have a secure enough website to keep a hacker out, and a Ddos would not cause user information to be stolen unless that was used a decoy, something that a big organisation like Talk Talk should be prepared for IMO.
