I do think all of them will be surprised with the outcome - Laura seems more popular within the house than in the outside world it seems, therefore they are passing judgement based on their perceptions. I think Charley will be especially surprised though, and will probably be more wary around Chanelle after realising she's more popular than she thought, by staying over Laura when she (Chanelle) has had a particularly bad week. I think that'll only last for about a couple of minutes though.
