Hmmm that's just early-stage love stuff though? As you get properly into the guts of loving someone it's not that simple. I do still sometimes get butterflies randomly with my wife but it's not a constant feeling... how would someone live like that?

Anyway, yeah, I also think that's being "in love" and not necessarily the same thing as a "soul-mate". I consider me and my wife to be both and feel lucky to have that. I do know couples who are very very much in love who I wouldn't think are "soul mates" at all.
