I'd also recommend staying out of the kendall hospital. Cleared of raiders, was wondering why on earth they were on wooden platforms in the middle of the stairwell, only to jump down to the bottom and wake up a "legendary" deathclaw
Plus I hadn't launched the quest that it's involved with yet so ill have to go find that first.
