I still do Circuit Training (Cardio-Vasc workouts) once a week. I used to run 8 miles per day 5 or 6 days per week, but that's out now due to damaged knees which would be exacerbated by it. (I'm told pounding along pavements for so many years CAUSED the problem in the first place.

My claim to fame is that I once was runner up in a Yorkshire Fitness contest only losing out narrowly to a super sculptured black boxer from Leeds who became one of my best friends for a number of years.
That was 150 years ago though.
