No. You're blaming the victim of a crime here. The person leaked a private video without permission here, and should be arrested. By making comments like this you're almost removing guilt from them and placing it to Charlie who did not want the videos to go public.
The press have behaved disgustingly towards Sheen in this whole thing.. very sad.
