I'd say on the one hand that no, I don't actively believe it, but on the other, I'm open to the idea that there could be a lot of things we don't have the ability to understand because we're limited. Also, I've never witnessed anything paranormal myself so it's harder to believe in it when you've had no 1st hand experience. There's no evidence for or against so no one can really say with any certainty what the truth is I suppose.
